When I press the Retrieve Code to obtain my $50 Lowe's egift Card, a string of letters, symbols, and characters appears. It appears to bea website. Lowe's was unable to redeem it, they require a bar code. They suggested I contact MyPoints to get resolve this issue.

I have repeatedly tried to get in touch via phone, to no avail. This has become very frustrating.

Please send a $50 Lowe's Card via mail: Janet Reese, 922 Hart Circle, State College, PA 16801.
