I ordered through a Siemens Energy corporate recognition program a 250$ mastercard at myprepaidcenter. I was able to make a payment for 40$. Since then all payments are rejected. I have a remaining amount of 210$ and the card is expiring end of the month. When calling the support, they say my country is not supported. I will contact my legal department and ask them to cancel the agreement with this company.
