I recently started getting phone calls from people I didn't know. They said I applied for a loan which I didn't. They call all day long from random numbers and most times hang up after I answer. Now I have a charge on my bank account that I did not authorize. I was charged $29.95. I don't know if I can get my money back and I don't know how to stop them from contacting me.
They didn't cancel my account and no refund
I contacted the company RPT MyScore for several times. I told them to cancel my account, and each time they told me that it was cancelled, but they again and again took money from me. Each time I told them to return money back, but they only told me fake promises and excuses. They didn’t cancel my account, they didn’t return money. They are liars and scammer, so I want to find other deceived people, who lost money. We need to open a case against these people and get our money back. Please post your comments.

they charge 1 dollar for a "free credit report" then 20 bucks a month
I have been charged for credit reports. I cancelled this months ago and am still be charged $9.95 a month. I was charged on 8/22 and 9/20. $9.95 each time.
I want to cancel my services. I called and was given to someone who said they did not have me on file. I gave information I had. I want a refund of 29.95. It was taken from my account (10/05/2016)/

They hire anyone off the street who has your credit card information. Social etc. the operators work from home and never have any background checks or managers rhey talk to. You can sign up with them if ya want. Nexusop.com. You guys should form a class action lawsuit against them and shut them down.
I would like to be refunded $29.95 ASAP! I never gave my card information out and I never asked to have my score checked. I have a lawyer that will help me with this if it is not resolved.
Fraud
I was trying to pay off some bills and clean up my credit and I thought this was from this website was from one of the credit bureaus. They said they're would be a fee when I got half way through I backed out and it charged me anyways a $1. Then the next day there was a charge to my bank for $29.95 so I talked to the bank and they said it was a one time charge and I called the company and they said it was a membership and I had a 30 day trial and I cancelled it said I did not want there service. I just checked my bank and they just charged me again unauthorized, I looked up this number on the website to call them and all I got was some recording asking 1-10 how I like their service, not only that but, I didn't even get a credit score. I want to know how businesses in this country get away with this kind of stuff.
I did not authorize this company to deduct 29.95 from my checking for a so called FREE credit score!

Unauthorized charges / false advertising
I was told I needed to sign up for my free credit report when I applied for a loan and it asked for my CC#. I tried to skip the CC part but it wouldn't let me so I entered it into the box. I never got my credit report but they charged my account that day for $1.00 three times and the next day they charged my account $28 (that was last week) and they charged me again today. I called the number for customer service and immediately got told (by a computer) to please hold for assistance and then nothing at all. I waited on the line for over 15 minutes and no one ever came onto the line and no automatic messages either. This is bs so I am going to have to get my husband to contact the bank and try to get to them that way. My next step is to file a claim against them for the $70 they cost me in overdraft fees and the amount that they took out. I sure hope this gets my money back!
Update: I contacted them on the phone and they agreed to refund the $28.95 but they they won't touch the now $95 (one of my $5.00 bills came through and couldn't be paid) in overdraft fees that their two transactions costed me. -_- They said they never offer free anything and that people are stupid for signing up for their services without reading the "fine" print. Yeah, real nice business policy there...steal someone's money and then tell them they are stupid. Lesson learned and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from the company all together as well as filing complaints with my bank and the Better Business Buereau.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
These whack jobs charged me 2 times for 29.95. I called them, was on the phone for 45 minutes and NO ONE was able to assist me to refund my money for an account with them that was cancelled. I spoke to 9 different people (all unable to help). I finally called my bank and this fraudulent company used an old card of mine that had been destroyed a year ago (which was when I used their service and immediately cancelled it). Thank God for my bank. They have taken care of the situation for me. NEVER USE THESE FRAUDS. I looked up all of their reviews and none were positive. I also filed complaints and those will be addressed as well.
I am sending in a complaint, due to a charge to my credit card of 29.95 on 06/09 at 4:01 am, that I did not authorize, I used the my score once at a charge of 1.00, about a week prior 06/02 and that was the one and only time I had authorized the purchase I am truly upset about you using my credit card again with out authorization, I am requesting a refund back to my card.

I have tried calling this company in the past; My call is either not answered or I am hung up on.
Charges escalated from $1.00 twice a month to now $9.95 a month.

Someone took 29.95 off my card without my permission and I had bills I have to pay with that money. I need it now
I called the supervisor line at [protected] and I got my refund sorted out right then and there. I see other people called it too (I got the number from this message board). Try that, it worked for me and good luck.

Unauthorized charges
I cancelled this account three days after it was used, but they still charge my card $39.90. I call to tell them my account was already cancelled and demand a refund, but everything is automated, all selections are redirected, and there are no options to speak with anyone.
I don't even know what this [censored]ing thing is I never signed up for this [censored] I have been given so many false numbers. Seriously what the literal [censored] is you company run by god damn monkeys? I want my god damn refund and I want someone to actually [censored]ing answer stop being such god damn [censored]ing mother duckers and give people their refunds
That number does nothing now, seconds go by, but no ring, nothing! Iv used this number before and got my money back. Now this, smh
