So, I logged in 30 minutes before my test. I started my test. I connected with a proctor. The proctor had me to show the ceiling, the walls, my desk area, the desktop computer and monitors, under the keyboard and mouse and the floors. Then they asked me show underneath the desk, so I said ok, but I am using a desktop computer. I don't think the web camera will reach to the floor. However, I complied with everything the proctor ask me to do. They also, asked for me to use my phone camera to show under the desk. I did that. They asked me to stand up. I did that. And they still had an issue with me. At this point we are 30 minutes into my time. I requested a supervisor that I can speak with so they can see that I was on a desktop computer. I did not speak to a supervisor. I was told to call the technical #. So, I did. I got a ticket # for a restart of the test or a full refund and was told that this will be resolve within 24 hrs. So, after call tech support again and being transferred to another department. Still no resolution. This time I was told that someone will reach to me in 3-5 days. This is sad, I never took my test because I could put my desktop computer under my desk. I'm still waiting for a restart for my test or a refund... Note: I logged in to my NHA account, under exams it says NO SHOW, which is a LIE. Yes, I have proof that this is a lie.
