I scheduled a tire rotation for 11 AM for my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and specifically called ahead to confirm the vehicle could be serviced.
When I arrived, I was told they could not work on it until 2 PM. I offered to return at 2 PM, but staff insisted I leave the truck there and assured me it would be completed by 2 PM.
At 2:30 PM I called and was told there was still one vehicle ahead of me and my truck had not been started. At 4 PM I called again and was told there were several vehicles ahead of me and the work still had not been performed.
I ultimately had to retrieve the truck without service after losing an entire day. I am extremely dissatisfied with the scheduling, communication, and handling of this appointment.
