Neighshop Global review: Scam60,000 fraud website & app development (8 months delay). Blocked my number

I had a very bad experience with Neigshop Global. I paid ₹60,000 for website and mobile app development with e-commerce features for my business, PetNex. At the time of agreement, they promised to complete the project within 1 month, but even after 8 months, the project has not been delivered.

Instead of providing a fully functional website and application, they only shared a dummy code which is not usable for any business purpose. After repeated follow-ups, they stopped responding to my calls and messages and eventually blocked my number.

When I requested them to either complete the project or refund my money, they started threatening me with legal action instead of resolving the issue. This behavior appears to be highly unprofessional and misleading.

Due to this, I have suffered a financial loss of ₹60,000, along with mental stress and serious disruption to my business operations, as I had already started marketing activities.

A cybercrime complaint has been filed regarding this issue. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before dealing with Neigshop Global.
