March 328 2026 I received my SS benefits on netspend card. Went to use card and it was denied. I called company and was told account closed. I asked why but was never told why. They said would refund my money by check. It was supposedly sent out on April 7 2026. It has been over a month and have not received. I've called every week sometimes day in row. I asked them to track check. They wait had tracking number but refused to track it. I now am unable to get them on phone. In sure they have blocked number. E mails don't go through. I just lost a month of my benefits because of them.
