I am on Nextdoor hit and miss. I don't tend to go on it unless I want to help someone that's in need or to post something helpful. I had been doing that recently. I was more active than I ever had been in years. I was getting thousands of positive impressions and emails telling me to post more. All of a sudden, without notice or opportunity to rescind anything or defend, I'm permanently suspended. Not that I care because the platform is depressing. Moderators need to be held accountable because they will be the downfall of Nextdoor. I honestly don't ever care to reactivate my account. Actually I'm requesting deletion. It's really not fair that if a moderator doesn't like what's posted, there is no reaching out in order to give warning. It's just an automatic and permanent suspension. This isn't American. This isn't freedom of speech. That's not even why I'm on the platform. I'm there to help and share. It's ridiculous.
Recommendation: Don't bother. Find other ways to communicate with your neighbors.
