A continued misleading and confrontational manner with an immense lack of respect and understanding, total unprofessionalism from persons in a position of manipulating those employees that are familiar good, polite customer service. The shielding of executive contact info for CEO Eric Pham-Dinh or COO Catherine Walsh allows this asinine behavior from this branch of a historically good company. in my personal opinion, stay away from Nordic Windows Mississauga. The product is good, the inner workings needs work.

Desired outcome: A greater understanding how to treat people that are entrusting a company/people with a large expensive undertaking that has a great deal trepidation already involved.
