I believe that the equipment in this facility is faulty and not medically adequate. I went to do plasma donation the same day as giving a blood sample at my doctor's office. What they are saying and what the lab at Rochester General Hospital is totally different. This is not the first time. About a month prior I went through their process and their machine said my Hematocrit was 43, but for some reason their system did not register this and I had to redo the process and not even 5 to 10 minutes later the same machine said I had a hematocrit of 48. I am not the only individual who has these issues. A friend of mine went to the doctor this morning and his pressure and pulse was perfect but at Octapharma it listed it as high. How do we know that the machines and processes are correct and we are not getting misdiagnosed?
Desired outcome: Test their equipment, more transparency, State Inspection
