Going no for 2 days spend more than 3 hours holding on tried all the contact nr's they cancelled my policy without notice - just you request cancellation. Not true trying to get this resolved, i tried whatsapp facebook phone and website to no avail. But then select option on whatsapp for new policy - got a phonecall within 2 min how can someone at old mutual help - realy the poorest service
Recommendation: DONT TRY TO GET HOLD OF OLD MUTUAL
