I parked at OnAir parking which was prepaid for Apr 16, 2026 - Apr 21 2026. The location was behind Wyndham Hotel 4277 W 150th Cleveland Oh. Parking lot had approximately 15 cars. I saw a car with smashed window and glass all over the ground. My car was dented on the passenger side. I don't understand how damage was done when there were so few cars in the lot. There obviously was no surveillance to insure safety of our vehicles. We called for a pick-up at 7:35am and was told driver would be there at 8AM. We were not aware that other customers had called before, and the receptionist was very rude and hollered at the caller. We were not aware that the hotel had been closed before we made parking reservations.We were dropped off in front of the hotel and had to walk to the back with our luggage. Driver could have taken us to the back of the hotel as it was cold and we had an elderly person with luggage. When we left, the van was still in front of hotel which means driver did not have another airport pick-up. A little courtesy goes a long way. We were picked up from airport at 8:05am. I have parked there before with no problem. Waiting to hear from OnAir parking and insurance
