I moved upstate in NM from Las Cruces to Truth or Consequences in October 2025. I was concerned about receiving my medications due to the fact that my old address had secure, locked mailboxes vs old school rural type boxes that are common in a small town.
All my orders for the past 6 months have been shipped to the WRONG zip
Because SOMEONE transposed my zip code when filling the order in spite of my correct address and zip code being on file online.
Also medications that I have stopped automatic refills were filled and sent AGAIN to the wrong zip code. I talked to representatives twice about putting my BP meds on hold until I saw my cardiologist this fall and did not need any more until then, yet they were filled and sent to the wrong ZIP
As a retired RN/LPN//Pharmacy tech this is totally unacceptable. It is wasteful and frustrating to say the least. I am canceling my account with them as soon as I get my RX that were sent again to Nevada instead of New Mexico. There is ONLY ONE place in the world named Truth or Consequences. These people are so unprofessional,and unpleasant.

Claimed loss: Aggravation to the maximum

Desired outcome: I would like an apology but I am taking my business elsewhere.
