O'Reilly Auto Parts review: no customer service

This place is close to where I live and thats why Ive been going there. Pep Boys suto parts store is at least two miles away, and thats where I will be going from now on!

The last time I went into this O'Reiillys, I needed a part but wasnt sure what the name of it was. The cashier told me he would come out and look at my vehicle, for me to go out there and wait for him. I was out there 20 minutes in the HEAT, until he FINALLY came out, but went to SOMEBODY ELESE vehicle! I left.

I notified the company about this, and they said they would have a talk with these people at this store.

Today I went into the same store looking for a small part that is usually carried on the shelves. I couldnt find it, and NONE of the 4 guys behind the counter offered to help me out. Apparently it was MORE important for them to talk and play with each other than to help anybody in the store.

I will NEVER be going back.

Apparently the company lied to me about talking to these people, or they just dont give a damn about anything but thier paycheck. Fine, the other parts stores around here will be getting my money from now on.
