Now that O'Reilly Automotive law firm BURR & FORMAN LLP have about 18 recordings from Kelvin Jones lawyer the set deposition was postponed due a hearing set by a judge for O'Reillys lawyer for a different matter. Yea right...seems that someone needs extra time to sort out some false statements written and submitted by O'Reilly Automotive management team here in Huntsville, Alabama related to Kelvin Jones being wrongfully terminated on July 7, 2010 from the 1207 Sparkman Drive location.
