This is a very unethical, unprofessional company when it comes to how it handles hiring and terminations of employees. I was offered a IT position with this company as a full time employee after two great interviews, after being overlooked and not interviewed the first time I showed up. The HR department vigorously pursued me to give them another chance at interviewing me. They then made me an offer as a full time employee, only days later to change the offer to be a 1099 Contractor, to a w2 contractor with the company, then finally, a 6 month to perm W2 contractor position through a IT recruiter. I accepted the offer since it was going to be a perm position, after leaving a long term contract. 7 weeks into the contract and finishing up a major implementation, Peachtree Orthopaedics contacted the IT recruiter and abruptly ended the contract with less than two weeks notice, stating the official reason being was a work slowdown after their huge implementation. After contacting the HR dept to determine what happen, they had no answers for me. Upon HR basically not doing anything for bringing me in under false pretenses of a perm position, I then proceeded to contact their CEO and HR consultant via email and explain the scenario and they immediately contacted the IT recruiter and ended the contract that day..

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Unsafe doctor, Dr. Reddy do not care about his patients only the money that the company is paying him.He tried to release me back to full duty work after his failed surgary did not fix my right knee, the company had moore brains and placed me back on medical leave.I went to a real ortho. doctor in my home state and learned that my knee have to be replaced, and I can nolonger do my job as a truck driver have not been able to work for the past three years. Trucking company has not settled my work comp claim can not support my self almost holmless and this guy going on putting people out of work and broke because the companies want their employees off workcomp so they do not have to pay them anymore. Reddy nedds to be investigated and disbarred for trying to return still injured drivers back out on the road which is dangerous to unsuspecting public.Stay away from Reddy at peachtree in Atl.
