Poshmark review: Threats & account closure

I've had an account with Poshmark for many years. I've made a lot of sales and only purchased my own clothing from Poshmark. I have 10,000 followers, I shared other people's listings 18,870 times, created 1,431 listings and am deemed a "Posh Ambassador" for above average performance and service.

Last night I got an email from Poshmark stating that the shirt I sold was lost in the mail, it fear I would never get paid for the item based off of how it sounded. I responded to the email and i got one back asking for my account information which was frustrating because they reached out to me.

I cancelled an order because I could not find the shirt that I had sold. I was sent another email threatening to close my account if I had continued to cancel orders and account was locked my account is still locked with no response or resolution this morning.

I'm disappointed in Poshmark for threatening me after all of the years, listings, and purchases I have with them. They have made a lot of money off of me and I don't appreciate being threatened. I am so put off, I told them to close my account.

I've put a lot of time into creating a lot of listings and I would like access to the photos I've taken of my items before the account is closed.

I also suspect that something that might have to do with this is I listed one item that was on Poshmark on eBay because it wasn't selling for a lower price. I'm suspicious that the first time I do this I get threatened by Poshmark as if to say, "you cannot sell your items anywhere else... or else we will close your account." I noticed that the link to my eBay account that I had for my followers to view had disappeared last night and I think Poshmark removed it after I had made that listing.

I do not appreciate the threats and AI responses that are incredibly calloused. They do not address or acknowledge how dedicated I've been to creating listings, selling and buying with them and I am very angry at how I've been treated.

I want access to all of the photos of my items I took.
