The staff at that location is very rude, that is the East Colorado blvd ., Pasadena, Ca. 91107 . By Tony have a anti-American attitude . He talking, his country this, his country that . Well I told "should of staid his ### over there ". Then this guy "Tony" says ...He was born here and he don't understand why ? Understand what ? Look and picture this . He rides around the San Gabriel Valley in Ca. in a white unmarked police car from Public Storage to Public Storage . Complaining about a late fee, that hasn't been late yet and having car shows with tenants cars that are stored in the garage . But you get Two roosters when you win an auction bid from Tony . Now when I herd this some time ago from this Hansen fellow, good looking fellow, but he wasn't here, with us in the mind . Moved slowly ! I'm not one to judge . But ! You could just tell ! Creepy . Now when Tony called me, I said, Hello ! He said this is Tony calling you from District Tony 1, in Pasadena, Ca. Public Storage #..&!)$)on East Colorado in Pasadena, Ca. And I said, "Whaaaaaat Tony you Merged, with the Public ? District Tony 1 ! I said, That's sounds real nice Tony real nice .

Yeh I now him quite well . Tony ! I would pay my bill over the phone get my conformation number .
And then I would say, can you reactivate my code so I could get in . He said sure no problem, I herd him punch on the computer keyboard and said I was all set and that my code has ben reactivated . I said thank you . I went to the Storage tried my code and it didn't work . So I go to the office and tell the staff everything the confermation number . She says yes everything is paid up as she's looking at the computer screen and then she starts moving towards the phone and picked it up . And pointed at the screen and said "it says to call Tony when you come in ". To make long story short Tony blocked my code because I to pay my DTF's ? Come again I said . Until those fees were paid. I had to have a person from staff take me to my storage, and watch and waited there until I was done . And then the storage next to me got broken into
Tony calls me and said we had to look in your storage for potentional stolen goods . Since your DTF's hasn't ben paid . Meaning DTF's = District Tony Fee's .
