Quest Diagnostics review: Employee room 10 01/12/24

I came in to drop off specimen, but was told I had more bloodwork to do which was fine. The worker I got today thats working in room 10 today was a bit rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking. I stated to her I had a copy of my insurance information, due to the lady having a issue last week pulling it up. She cut me off stating shes not billing etc and I was confused because the lady last week asked me for the same info. When I decided just to stop talking because she seems to have a attitude, she proceed 1 minute later asking for the same information I was trying to give her at first!. So I asked her "are you referring to the same information I was just trying to give you. When it was time for her to draw my blood she was doing alot more than I ever experienced with me extending my arm. I didnt say anything I just continued so I can leave. This is the first time I ever gotten my blood drawn and my arm is in pain. She was moving the needle around my arm which I never experienced because it went in and blood was coming out just fine. When I came last week the white tape had torn my skin so I asked if she had a different tape. She stated" this is all we have, you can bring your own tape if you dont like this one. Her response wasnt needed because I just asked 1 question. I was completely unsatisfied this appointment and had a great experience previously until this one!
