QuikTrip review: bad customer service

This is the 3rd time in a month where Ive visited this QT waited in line and get ignored yet someone can walk right in the door and get served before me.

Today 04/06/2019 at approx 930am Central. I stood in line while the clerk tried to find a pack of cigarettes for 10 mins for a customer then served the person in front of me then another person walks in the door and gets served right away after me waiting. So I left my items on the counter and walked out. Since my colleague was still in the store said clerk then mocked me to other customers and laughed.

Im a little puzzled by these actions since it is not the first time at this store whether its due to me being a foreign national or what I'm not sure but its repetitive. I visit QT multiple times all over Kansas City daily due to my work and being on the move all the time.

The clerks name today was illondra or something like that.

Ive always been a huge fan of QT over there years but your service is starting to lack and Im done I will not be treated like a second class citizen
