RaceTrac review: swirl world/employees

I've visited this location weeks ago for swirl world yogurt. The hot fudge pump was there but broken handle/pump. It was still dirty & old bag still in the pump container. I brought it to the attention of employees. They told me a customer broke it a while back! Went back to this location today (5-10-19) figuring it would be fixed. Nope... No luck. Even the caramel was empty & dirty. I asked 2 employees standing behind counter for a manager. I wanted to speak to them about the repair/replacement of the hot fudge pump. One girl told me she was a manager but she had a manager over her. I asked if they were in. She said no & she thought they wouldn't be in next week. Now just for you to know who I am talking to that said she was a manager... She had her arms out of both armholds of her jacket, arms of jacket just dangling (empty), her arms inside the jacket all zipped up! I asked for a complaint phone number she couldn't provide & told me they had one on the door. I went look & seen none! While she is still in her jacket all zipped up & no help. I can tell you if a health inspector would pass around those pumps, you wouldn't pass. Shame that they have such a nice swirl bar & can't fix broken. When it was working months ago, it was always empty! Please help!
