dates 03-27 to 29th 2019

This was not a $100.00 room a night,
And @ 7:58 pm on thur. night on the 28th my sister slipped on slimy step getting into the pool, but she didn't make it she fell backward smack dab in the middle of her back, no skid tape on steps to prevent this and if your camera worked you will see., & the lady @ the desk wouldn't even roll back tape to see what happened, they did not care, i ask for telyonal, heat pad she said no.
Burns and Holes in my blanket, on curtains cigarettes burns holes, dirty curtains, unfinished kleenex box, clothes hook loose wont hold clothes. the faucet in the room was too loose to turn on. i think if you have people resent U i thinks U need new management, see picture. I came there i thought ramada was to be a upstanding motel.
I feel that i warrant a refund. this was low standards, it was sad, dirty, it not like you all cant put in new curtains or blanket when damages occur. peaces of lamp, see what we had to sleep under. i couldn't event touch curtains, attrouis dirty cigarette burn in cheires. who manages these places. who cares for us as customers. i expect a call about this. [protected] Would you really let this pass.

I expect a refund for both of our charges. on this 200.00 plus tax
