Ray's Diesel & Automotive Repair review: Don't take your business to this shop, bad service.

This place is a joke, I had my wife drop off my diesel truck for a engine code... Mark told me it needed a EGR valve replacement, and I told him okay as long as it fixes the problem. When I got there and he was explaining the bill to me he had me totally confused for another guy and I had to tell him that was not me he was referring to it was weird having him look at me straight into my eyes and swear it was me.. moving fowaed.. I took my truck and I didn't even drive a mile when the same code came up again.. I took it back and Mark took a look at it and couldn't figure it out, instead he told me to drive it 1000 miles and the code should go away. What BS answer for a solution. I took it to another diesel truck shop for the same code that Mark couldn't fix for a 2nd opinion, and they told me that the rear EGR cooler was the problem and they fixed it. My point is that they replaced the wrong part and didn't even help to fix the job they started instead he brushed me off by telling me to drive it for 1000 miles. I will never take my business there again.! No wonder they're not BBB accredited.
