redBus review: Uncomfortable and dirty ( 1 comment)

This journey was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The bus had no proper toilet facility for passengers, especially women and children. There was only a small wash basin, the washroom was dirty, and there was no water available. There was neither an Indian-style nor a Western-style toilet seat.

The biggest concern is that if women or children urgently need to use the toilet during a long journey, where are they supposed to go? This is a basic necessity, not a luxury. The women in our family suffered throughout the journey and had to somehow manage until reaching Delhi, causing great discomfort and distress.

In addition, the sleeper blankets and bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic. The overall cleanliness of the bus was very poor.

Immediate action is required to provide proper toilet facilities, running water, clean wash basins, and regular sanitation. The safety, dignity, and comfort of women, children, and families must be given the highest priority.

I would like to report a serious safety issue. The driver was continuously watching reels/videos on his mobile phone while driving and was also drinking water at the same time. He was repeatedly distracted from the road, which is highly irresponsible and dangerous.

This reckless behavior put the lives of all passengers at risk. Strict action must be taken, and drivers should be strictly prohibited from using mobile phones while driving. Passenger safety must be the top priority.
