On December 29, 2022 I Sharnittia Graham ordered a large order on the Red Lobster website which was delivered via Doordash. Once retrieving my food I immediately noticed the bag was ripped open. After inspecting the food, it has been not only tampered with but eaten. I contacted Doordash before opening anything and I took pictures as well. I drove up to Red Lobster the same day and had to pay for more food even after showing them and telling them what happened. I tried speaking with management at the Lanham location and was greeted with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. She claim to not see the order even after I provided her with the order number, my name, and card number. She then says oh I found only one order which is the second meal I had to pay for after not receiving a refind for the 1st. They said it would be automatically put back on the card which was a lie. There was at least 5 people who picked up the phone asking the same questions then saying they can do nothing and transferring me. Once the manager got on the phone she did not resolve the matter. Doordash could not reimburse me due to me ordering on the Red Lobster website. At this time I would like a refund of
Desired outcome: I would like the refund owed to me please. A delivery person tampering with and eating my food was out of my control.
