I am filing this complaint to warn other users and to request action from Redimo.in.
On June 4, 2026, I used Redimo.in to exchange or sell an Amazon gift card worth INR 10,000. After submitting/sharing the gift card details through their service, I did not receive the promised payment. As of now, the gift card value was taken and no money was paid to me.
This is a serious issue because once an Amazon gift card code is shared, it can be used quickly and recovery becomes very difficult. I have kept my proof safely, including screenshots, the date of the incident, the gift card value, communication records, and payment/no-payment records. I am not posting the full gift card code publicly for safety.
I also checked public reviews for Redimo.in on Trustpilot and found very poor ratings and multiple users reporting scam-like experiences related to this site. Please investigate this complaint and help warn other consumers before they share gift card codes with Redimo.in.

I am filing this complaint about Redimo.in based on my own recent experience selling a gift card on their website.
On 31 May, I uploaded an Amazon gift card worth Rs 8,000 on Redimo.in. The gift card was from Snapmint and I submitted it on Redimo because I wanted to sell it. The website accepted the card/order, but even after around 7 days, the status is still showing as pending.
The serious issue is that when I checked the Amazon gift card later, it had already been used. So the card balance is gone, but Redimo has not completed the payment or resolved the pending status.
After this happened, I checked public reviews on Trustpilot and found many other users also reporting similar fraud/scam experiences with Redimo. Based on my case, I believe users should be warned before uploading any gift card or voucher on this website.
I want Redimo.in to either pay the Rs 8,000 value immediately or refund/restore the gift card value, and they should explain how my gift card was used while my order still shows pending.
