Cost Cutters review: appointments

I called this morning at 10:00 am to make an appointment for a haircut with a specific individual. Much to my surprise I was told no appointments could be made unless it was for a permanent or hair color. I come from Ohio and spend a great deal of time in Idaho. I have gone to this individual for over 1 1/2 years. I was senior management of a corporation dealing in trusts, estates, and investment management --- if this type of business was handled with a come and hopefully we will serve you, there would be no business. It was difficult for me to be emphatic about my time and making certain that the person I wished to work on my hair would take me at a given time. I hope this company realizes the importance of appointments being made with specific hairdressers.
