Furnituremart.sg the most horrible worst customer service

I ordered an item from Furnituremart.SG on 26/12/2017. Based on their system, (Calendar) there are open slots for delivery on 30/12 and 31/12 therefore I selected 30/12. Next day, one of their Admin or whichsoever, Ms Koo, whatsapp-ed me, to inform me that their delivery is quite full on 30/12. I was puzzled and asked why didnt they block the date since fully booked. I am fine though and the lady, Ms Koo was kind enough to schedule delivery on 31/12, the following day with no charges. 28/12, she informed me that they will contact me one day before (30/12) to reconfirm on the delivery timing. On 30/12, I whatsapp the same number at 12pm+ to inform them a change of my mobile number. The other party came online and offline not long later without acknowledging my message. Fine, I reckoned everyone is busy due to year end closing etc. 5pm, still no reply or message to inform me on the delivery time therefore i appsed and reminded them its already 5pm. And again, online and offline. At that moment, I was like "what is going on" and rather frustrated. I called their office 3mins after witnessing my whatsapp being ignored. Ms koo answered, asked for my order number and I gave as per request. She sounded well though claiming that she doesnt have my new mobile number (which I updated at 12pm+. Fine, not an issue to me and so I gave her again) She also advised the delivery time is between 11am to 1pm. On the day of delivery, 31/12, speaking of this makes my blood boil! I waited till 1pm, no one call regarding delivery. I called office, no answer despite several calls. I tried calling showroom hoping someone can assist as I am not sure if there are staff working since it is Sunday and it is new year eve. An Auntie answered, sounded kinda frustrated even after telling her no one at office is answering and I need help pertaining to my delivery. Reluctantly, she asked for my invoice number but I have none except order number, that is all I have. The Auntie then started grumbling saying without invoice number, she is unable to help, claiming that I purchased online has to call office. Okay, fine! I do not want to argue or reply further in due respect that she is senior or elderly whichever. Immediately, I called office again... Finally, someone answered, a guy. And again... He asked for invoice number and again I repeated I have none. This is the part I am seriously pissed off, why? -> He answered me saying "When government asked you for your IC number, you give IC number right? Asked you for passport number (or whatsoever), you give passport number right?" (I couldnt state exactly each word he mentioned but I clearly remembered the IC part) I was like hey! I answered "I'll definitely give you the invoice number if I was provided but I have none and how do/could I even generate an invoice number on my own? Ms Koo asked for my order number when we spoke, she didnt even ask invoice number!" He kept silent for less then 5seconds, asked for my order num & phone number. I gave both and he get the delivery guy to call me immediately. Yes, they delivery guy did call, came, installed and all are done. I opted for COD, I guess I should receive a receipt too, right? Unfortunately, none and I have to get the delivery guy to personally handwritten and signed that he received the cash (I dont know what document I should address it. DO or Invoice? Because it is so worn out and so informal) Once they left, I run through the "so-called DO or wadeva" and finally saw my invoice number! One more thing, it stated delivery 1pm to 6pm not 11am to 1pm as per advised. I just feel that Furnituremart.SG staff lack of training, communication and not systematic at all. Fine, I can close one eye and forgo those but NOT the staff who was extremely rude, sarcastic, ill mannered whatever you can name it. Is this even customer service? I can understand the frustration to work on eve but not venting on your customer! I have all emails to prove that I wasnt given any invoice number until delivery was complete. No customer, no one deserve such ill mannered attitude. The rude staff doesnt sounds young that just came out to work. Matured enough yet produce such thumbs down service. How do you maintain your customers this way? Before that, I was even intending to settle my shoe rack, two bedside tables and some furnitures with Furnituremart.SG but I am sure this is not gonna happen. I would rather have no furnitures than purchase from them again. Horrible customer service especially from the guy, Ed...

Furnituremart.sg failed delivery time

Requested time of delivery: 1630 hours to 1700 hours 28/11/2012
Received a call from the company they will deliver it between 1730 hours to 1800 hours.

It was 1915 hours, Waited for nothing. Till i felt so frustrated, So I called up the furniture mart singapore, tried all the numbers, but no answer. Then after a few minutes, I received a call from LYN. Told her thaf til this moment the mattress hasnt been delivered. She straight away told me there's a delay because its raining... But then, where's the courtesy call? They should have called and told me that they'll be late. Then she gave me another number to call. When I called, the man said he can only deliver after 2030hours.
I cancelled my other appointment because of this. I ak not the type of wman who just stays at home. The furniture mart singapore ruined my schedule for today.

SO FRUSTRATING!

Furnituremart.sg horrible service

Furniture Mart provides the worst service ever - delivered a defective coffee table that has one leg so much shorter than the rest resulting in a terribly unstable product. While promising to deliver a replacement the delivery man kept postponing the agreed delivery time and failed to show up, despite the fact that I had taken leave from work to wait for him every single time. There is obviously zero communication among the sales, logistics and after-sales departments. Nobody ever answers the sales or after-sales hotline and the mailbox is always full so nobody can ever leave a message. Can I ask what is the point of opening up a hotline that nobody attends to? When the sales rep finally returned my call, she was terribly rude and dismissive and refused to listen to my feedback although I was polite and factual. She even hung up on me on the phone. Does Furniture Mart value its customers? Does the company realize the importance of word-of-mouth marketing? This is the first and last time I am buying anything from Furniture Mart again, and I will not hesitate to share my bad experience.

Had my worst experience too, luckily they chase me away before i purchase anything, the sale girls sort of helping me..hahaha! She is the worst and horrible sale person I have encounter with, hopeless.

Let me share my experience with furniture mart
The scheduled delivery was between 2-5 p.m. I have made bulk purchase for five studio units under my care. No one turned up. At 6:18 p..m., I had to call their staff to find out the delivery status. To my surprise, all the customer hotline, whatsapp, office phone number had no one picking up. At this point, I was already fuming because they did not bother to update me on status.
Finaly at 6:25 p.m. a lady called to inform me the delivery is delayed for one hour. She requested 7:30 p.m. I informed her that I do not stay in these studios, had to leave by 7 p.m. because my kids (at home) had not eaten. I had to make last minute arrangements for food panda to deliver food to them.
The delivery and installation ended at 9:30 p.m. I still have not had dinner.
Worse was to happen. The delivery truck was too large and scrapped the condo lobby ceiling. Security officer came and took down my unit number and truck number. The condo security had tried to prevent delivery after 7 p.m. and I had to plead with them each time.
I decided I need to withhold payment until the condo manager investigate the next morning. Should there be any rectification cost, furniture mart need to be responsible. This was the reason for not paying on delivery. I also wanted to speak to their manager or boss who made me wait from 2 p.m. and stay till 10 p.m. (when the delivery ended) with just a "sorry". At this time, I am hungry, exhausted and fuming.
Furniture mart basically has a lot of logistics and administrative problems internally and cannot handle your business. Buy at your own risk

I have a long story but will shorten it as it looks like all the complaints are similar. Put it this way, I purchased a sofa set in October 2016 and till now the problem has not been solved. First the delivery came with a dirty stained cover cover which we asked to replace. It took them a month but they brought a cover with the wrong design. While waiting for the replacement, my 3 seater sofa cover just tear from one corner to the other! Must be real old stock and I have to sew the tear and call them again for a replacement. And all these calls, I have to call and call and call again for them to take action. Finally one and a half month later came the replacement for the stained cover but not the 3 seater cover. I call and call and called again and the only thing the sales person will say is either 'sorry' or just keep quiet! My request to meet their management was also turned down. 3 months later, I had to call them again and this time they said they will deliver the 3 seater cover. Guess what? They delivered but again a wrong cover! Unbelievable, they have done it again! I called and fired them only to hear 'sorry' again. They said they will call me but until now, it's already February and no one has called me and no updates on the sofa cover. I feeling like suing this stupid company! Frustrating! Don't ever buy from FurnitureMart.SG!

Disappointing purchase.. they insisted of delivery time and make me and my hubby waited the whole day just because of 2 item. Irresponsible call centre that do not meet the expectations of customer answer, I remember when I talk to her she was keeping quiet making me talking to the air her name is Ms Lee no senior member was around to take over the case from her, her English accent was terrible that I could not understand what she was talking. I don't give a pity to an irresponsible seller that after item was delivered nobody pick up a call for enquiry is regards of my dented item, delivery man was proud that the company deliver 70 items a day. But i forsee that 99% of the 70 buyers are all in the same situation as I am. When was ask why there was dented here and there they give uncommon sense reason. Really regret of purchase . Will strongly not recommend to others. 1st poor service 2nd they will not meet your expectations finally I realize that when we shop with them, they are just absorbing our money with no responsibility.

Hi guys just wanna share w you my worse ever online furniture...I order a FM-KC020 -kitchen Cabinet & FM-AS046-Pencil Coat Hanger on the 08/01/2017 and Delivery Date is on 16/01/2017 & Delivery time I had chosen was 10am-2pm...I call furnituremart hotline just to double confirm w the timing that they gonna deliver my item which is on the 16/01/2017...a women on the phone was bloody rude and insisted in my timing...she argue w me too and decline to talk when I was asking her a question...she told me to check w delivery person...that was when I rise my voice up and make me even angry was she make me like a bloody gundu and make me feel like talking to the wall... I pay for a total of $385 and is my right to make sure that my item is not damage...when it was delivered to me out of disappointed there was a lot of chips off w my kitchen cabinet item was stated in my order was 1st hand and not 2nd hand...even my pencil coat hanger has some scratches on it...!when I spoke to delivery person he told me to call his office because he say he only delivery ... then I call his office to no vaild...and call other no No answer until now...just sharing w u guys ya...My worse experience ever...be told that every negative feedback is our concerns that I do want others to feel bad or happen in a same situation like me...no responsibility at all...when my item is damaged if I know I shouldn't have pay even aCent...!

Yes! I got the same experience too! I think they are internet scamers who just steal personal infos!

When I call back to then they just told us to file a police report and see who's gonna be idiot, how rude is it? They don't even give me a reason why they didn't deliver anything at all

Hi guys, I am still boiling over this. This is the email I wanted to send to them, but all the email addresses I could find bounced. Im in a big dilemma now about the party. Sighs~

Dear Whoever,
Please ensure this email gets to your management.I am upset over the non-delivery of this order.If there is no stock available, kindly update your website before a customer makes the purchase.And
your customer service officer sounded so flaky and silly, giggling when
she is explaining to me that there is no stock for the below item. What
kind of apology is that? And why do you even put up the item on the
website if there is no stock? Don't you update the website?I
called your hotline at 7pm, an indian sounding male picked up. He had
the audacity to snigger, thinking I couldn't hear him. And he passed off

I had same experience too! My delivery requested time is 2-6pm. But almost 9pm they still haven't come! Waste my time to rush back earlier from working place and waiting to them!
Call to hotline and the delivery man hp but nobody want to answer! This is very worst service for FurnitureMart Singapore! Super worst !

I had also experienced a bad service from furnituremart.sg. I ordered the mattress plus the bed promotion. Had indicated the exact model and colour. Then i had to give them a call to see when will they be delivering. (I called them at 3pm). Shortly they called me back to tell me they were delivering between 5-7pm. So I left office earlier to be back home. I waited till 6.15pm and received a call from them telling me the delivery truck broke down and can only deliver at 8plus pm. So I ask them to deliver at 10.30pm instead as I had an appointment already. I went off and later came back at 9.30pm. I gave the delivery guy a call and told him he can deliver earlier already. But he still say he will come at 10.30pm. At 10.30pm no one came so I called him again. He said he was
at another place and will only reach my place at 11plus. Then when they finally arrived, they delivered the wrong design of bed and the delivery guys still argue that it is the correct one and that I will have to pay the full amount. The next day after many tries calling them, they also never pick up the phone. Much later than they gave me a call back. They told me that they gave another customer my order amd the customer rwfused
