I ordered a picture puzzle for my mom for mothers day. I ordered through www.getphotoblanket.com later I found out was Qandies Limited. They provided tracking on 4/26. Said 5-9 business days. Blamed shipping delay on covid-19. Problem is it is now 5/9 and usps has not even received this to begin shipping it to me. That is not a shipping delay. They never received it. Now mothers day is tomorrow and I have nothing. MAD!

I ordered an item from DareHall.shop from a Facebook advertisement. After research, Qandies Limited is the registered owner. I have sent several emails to inquire about the location of my item. I ordered on Jan. 13, 2020 with a shipping date of 10-12 days. I received one email from them giving me the tracking information, however, after further research the tracking company turned out to be a false or fraudulent site. Beware! This is a scam!

boots not being delivered no response on emails
Ordered my product September 18 2019. I emailed them that day re when would they be shipped, I have had no response as yet I emailed them again a week later no response. I have called the phone number provided and there is no such number . I did some research re company found another phone number September 30 2019 phone number unavailable. There supposed to 24/7 customer service this is not true, I also re emailed them . I have now contacted my credit card company. Do not use this company

Same problem as above, some 6 weeks later I also have no boots and no information as to where they are. Forunately I used PayPal and have instructed them to resolves the matter under their customer protection system.
Hope to have some success, this time it was under the pseudonym of muswana.com, so be aware and beware of this site too.

I ordered an item on November 27th 2018. I've sent multiple emails trying to figure out why I haven't received my purchase. It is now January 31st 2019. It's been 2 months. No refund, no product. I've tried tracking my item and the last known tracking was December 14th 2018. One email I received said there was a problem with my address.. So I sent them my mailing address and physical address. Still nothing. Then I received an email stating that my order hadn't been made yet because of the holiday season. Are you kidding me? What a scam! I just want a refund or my order.

I bought this item on the 7th of January and received it yesterday the 22nd of January. First of all the item as advertised on facebook was not the item I received. They advertise the more expensive model but when you order it you get the cheaper one.
Secondly the item does not work and so I have sent an email to them which by the way they have made it difficult for the consumer to see what the company is called but eventually I found the name and they replied back to say they want a video of the item showing how its not working.
Clearly they are making it harder for me to make a claim.

I've ordered goods from a facebook advert company called Oneslla8, it looks to me like they are also Qandies Ltd, I've been given a tracking number for carrier name Hayes Service Centre, the only info it gives is the goods are awaiting collection, its been 3 weeks & the goods haven't moved, presumably they are waiting for the snail to picke them up

I order the anti theft bag my first order was good quality, so I ordered two more, the quality was [plastic and ribbons for straps. I asked for my money back. They said the company makes no profit on these bags so could I except 25 per cent refund, then they offered me 50 per cent, and I could keep the items, I said I just wanted my money back to which Ive got no reply and every e mail I send to them bounces back
