Hi, unfortunately, I spent two and a half hours on hold with Rogers today. I called because the battery in a garage door sensor was weak, but when I tried to replace it, I realized a previous technician had glued the cover shut, so I couldn’t open it. I asked for a technician to help, but I was passed around between support teams and, after all that time, I just gave up. I’m really disappointed and frustrated.
Recommendation: Ensure no parts are sealed or blocked after technician visits
