I was at the Maple Ridge store on 05/May/26 @15:20Hrs and had picked out my purchase and was directed by a young lady at the cashier area to Till #1. No acknowledging my greeting to her or eye contact. Just scanned the bar code .. and asked if this was cash or chg. Upon paying her.. she slaps the receipt on the counter .. no ..thank you even though I I said have a great day.. I have worked at an airline customer service for more than 17 years where we were the best in the country.. This young lady need to be re-trained if you want more customers... We have never had such bar customer service at your store previously..
