Ross Dress for Less review: manager sexual harassment and over worked employees due to favoritism ( 1 comment)

I went to the ross location and saw employees flirting and playing around even saw and heard an employee using vulgarities with managment about how he works her to hard and dont give her what she wants.. Then quoting the manager Criag, "Aww dont I always take care of you babygirl" the whole time making this girl run front to back of the store. Even making a spectucal of her for her body and putting emphasis on her body figure. This isnt the first incident Ive seen a zoo with more class and professionalism. Seem like its totally high school all over again. I didnt approve of the managers ethics or way he treated or talked to his employees. Very very estranged. And when I walked around look like everyone was doing whatever they please. Human resourses should hire new management and put theyre employees under a microscope. They have all those cameras and act as if its play time.
