Ryan Homes review: Siding, sheathing & yard

Moved in 2025, 1 year later 2026 siding is falling off house due to gaps in the sheathing behind the siding some parts of the siding was not nailed in. It’s a nightmare that the installers either were not professionals or didn’t care. I called Ryan homes multiple times I was told the siding was out of the one year warranty. I explained it’s not the siding it’s a structural issue. They said they would send someone out to look at it and there was a no show several times.
Grading of back yard. Houses behind me sit higher than my house, when it rains I get a flood in my back yard.
Water runs down on one side of my house like rapid river.
I was told by Ryan homes that’s the way it’s suppose to be. What a joke. I asked if they could put a drain in on the side of the house to help with the water issue I was denied several times. Ryan homes is not any help as if they don’t care about their community. Beware of buying into Ryan homes. Hire your own inspector. I’ve seen a lot of problems with the homes here not just mine.
