Safeway review: store quality

Out of many stock items all the time. Out of milk one morning. Never ever seen that in a Safeway store. Sullen check out clerks, slow service, dirty feel to the store. The store managment is un-responsive to store complaints and complaints about employees. Check out clerks are sullen and act as if they don't even want to be there at work.
