Salvex review: Refund Failure & Not Responding

PMG Industry Works Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian company, remitted USD 29,430.00 on 15 May 2025 to SalvexCommodities, Inc., Houston, Texas, in settlement of Invoice No. [protected]-6416000 for a Single Point Mooring Buoy.
The transaction did not proceed and the funds remain as unused credit balance held by Salvex for more than eightmonths.
Multiple refund requests were made via email and their portal. A Final Legal Demand was issued on 19 February 2026with a deadline of 01 March 2026. The deadline has expired with no payment and no formal response.
We believe this constitutes wrongful retention of client funds and request assistance in facilitating resolution.
