I'm not happy at all with the way Sanlamsky work. The debit premiums of 30/04/2026, after I cancelled my investment policy with them.

So now I have to wait them to verify what ever they said they will verify with that premium.

They paid me my cancelation withdrawal claim. I was expecting we over with them. Now the took my last cent.

I attached all required documents for refund. I have to wait them now.

Can any one insist me please. Inewdtha R1000 as soon as possible.

Recommendation: Take customers seriously

I did cancel my Sanlam Investment IP19859376 on April 16th 2026 and they paid back cancel withdrawal claim.
On April 30th 2026 they continue to debit money of premiums.

Now I want back that money as it's my last cent that will depend on this May month.

They told me to wait till the first week of May to verify on their system.
I feel that they failed me.
