Sav On Pharmacy review: Pharmacy customer service

The pharmacy in Orange, CA off of Chapman Ave/Hewes has a very rude and disrespectful lady working there. I am constantly given a hard time over picking up my prescriptions, I give my name date of birth and she will ask me what medication I'm looking to pick up? I know it's in her computer system and I know I called it in on the phone prior to the date I pick it up. The phone tells me when it will be ready for pick up but when I get there this is what happens to me. I've never had this problem at any other pharmacy. Do Not Use this SAV ON I don't recommend them at all! Am I the only one?
