Save-A-Lot review: customer service

I shop at sav a lot, once a week to buy the bulk of my groceries. I went into sav a lot today 3/23/19. As I always do, I go to the meat dept. And I grab a pack of unpriced, ribblets. I then saw an assistant manager and asked him the price, he walked to the back and came out and told me 16.99, I replied they went up 7.00 overnight? The man proceeded to tell me that they have always been that price. I told him I have always paid 9.99, I grabbed them anyways. When I was ready to check out by this time the assistant manager, had made his way to the cashier where I was. He then proceeded to ask her for the reciept, he then saw where she charged me 9.99 for the ribblets. He then raised his voice at me and told me that I don't come in here and tell her what the price is of anything. He then turned to the cashier and asked her if I had told her what to charge for the ribblets. She then replied No, he didn't tell me I just typed it in. He still proceeded to raise his voice and shout unseen gestures and statements to me in front of everyone. The manager then stepped in and told the assistant to walk off. I proceeded to walk out the store with my groceries and the man comest to walk out after me challanging me still shout at me. The manager followed him outside and had to grab the man by the shoulders and had to push him back towards the store while he was still shouting comments to me. If this is how your company handles there business and deals with there customers... I will take my business somewhere else! What happened to customer is always right? I believe that a person in that position should have a certain standard to meet and follow. However this man doesn't know it or don't care how he treats your customers. I will not conduct any of my buisness here at this store anymore. Thank you for your time and intrest in this matter. I hope to hear back from you in the near future concerning this matter.
