SearsHomeServices review: They dont even deserve a star.. This is the 3rd complaint I have submitted.

they dont even deserve a star.. they are horrible, schedule appt 2 times never showed. the are suppose to come today 5/20. they have cancelled to 5/27 i have called and they rescheduled for today 5/20 as before. i had scheduled 5/14 and 5/15 they never showed for this appt. i have had to take off work because they said they were coming to look or put parts on. they have changed the shocks, acuator, and electrical panel, another guy showed up because when 1st guy left the machine did not come on. so the 2nd guy said the lock, capacitor and motor needed to be changed, which has been sitting on my dryer fora week and a half. i still am not sure about them showing up today. AI Samatha is useless . dont know why a human cant answer the calls. below are snap shots of times they told me they were coming. they are a JOKE. i have missed 29 hrs of work at $51.40 per hr. is $1,490.72 and the amount i have paid for the warranty since 2023 is $3,866.72. 6 weeks and washer still not fixed oh also i have spent over $100 on washateria fees. sears did send me $50 for some of what i had spent on washing.
