I had placed several orders in June, July and August 2025 using my credit card for payment. No additional orders were placed but beginning with my credit card bill October 2025 I was billed on 9/18/26 365 fitness, Dover DE for $14.95 and 9/29/25 Shapermint Las Vegas $4.99 and these same charges keep appearing on each monthly statement for the same amounts on my City Card for 10/19 & 10/29/ then on 11/19& 11/29 2025 and continues monthly for the same amounts and is now still showing on my current bill.

Claimed loss: Currently $139.86 has been charged to my card for nothing over the past 7 billing cycles

Desired outcome: Credit for the charges on my card
