Keto, also known as the fulfillment center on my bank statement, keeps charging me $198 dollars times 2. I did not authorize this. I did not order this. there is no phone number. the address on the packaging slip says,

Fulfillment Center, P.O. Box 7000, Smyrna TN 37167

It also has a USPS Tracking number...[protected] 10

I also sent them an email on 12/17/22, from money they took out on 11/29/22, then my card was charged again on 12/29/22, for $198.00. My bank statement says, FL, which I'm guessing is Florida, makes no sence.
