We were charged $561.13 for a 2 night stay from May 15, 2026 to May 17, 2026. Additionally, we were charged $82.44 at the Tara House Grill. I feel there were not many amenities available considering how expensive the room was. Also, there were a few incidences where the staff at the front desk were not helpful. My son asked a representative at the front desk where the restaurant was located and he was told to follow the signs instead of the person actually giving him directions. Also, when asked about how to utilize the tv selections, he was told to figure it out. While at the restaurant, the wait time and total dining experience took forever and the food was merely adequate, nothing to rave about, especially considering the cost. We asked if we qualified for any type of discount, for example, I am an elderly veteran with a AAA account, but was told there was no type of discount available at all. To say the least, we feel the cost was steep considering what amenities were available.
