I went to this store to buy 15 pads that cost 5 each and these pads I am donating to high school learners but to my surprise they refused and told me that I can only buy 3 I asked for a manager to authorize my purchases but I was denied the chance to buy 15 pads that I needed. So, my question is what happened to shoprite caring for communities? What happened to the good service shoprite has been preaching about if they fail their customers and community? Also, the attitude I got from the manager was nothing but bad customer service. It makes one wonder what kind of people are put into positions, yet they fail to support their communities I even told the guy that am not looking for discounts or donations am just here to buy and I will donate but they refused.
Claimed loss: i did not buy the pads highly disapointed really
Desired outcome: left the pads at the till
