ShopRite review: Outstanding customer service

I cannot thank the cake decorator, Cheyenne, at ShopRite located on14-22 West Prospect Street, East Brunswick, NJ, enough for the exceptional care and kindness she showed while helping me with a baby shower cake for two moms-to-be. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

What meant the most to me was her patience, flexibility, and genuine willingness to help. She took the time to communicate with me outside of normal business hours and graciously accommodated several last-minute changes without hesitation. Her professionalism and dedication immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful process.

When I saw the finished cake, I was truly blown away. It was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and exactly what I had envisioned. Her talent and attention to detail made this special celebration even more memorable.

Cheyenne, thank you for your outstanding customer service and for making such an important day so special. Your kindness and hard work made a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful.
