Sila Heating, Cooling & Plumbing review: Dissatisfied customer

Typical contractor had a new heat pump installed with yearly service paid for under agreement. Service never shows up as scheduled and most infuriating is they never call to cancel the appointment or reschedule after waiting all day and calling to check their excuse is they had emergency calls which I understands happens but no call no show and do they just leave all service calls go unanswered. Total BS.
