I haven't used their services and couldn't cancel the trial
I recently subscribed for the trial on www.sling.com. I have paid for the trial and wasn’t able to use it because the website didn’t open my account. I tried to reach the support team, but they ignored me all the time. I also tried to cancel the trial, but all my attempts were useless. Now the company charged me for the next month and I must stop them as soon as possible.

I opened the website of SLING TV LLC and they offered some new trial for the TV channels. I have subscribed for 7 days trial and was so excited. I wanted to subscribe for the full trial, but the company started to take money from me before I have done it. I was disappointed by their actions. I emailed them and asked to cancel the trial and stop charging me. Still no response.

This company (Sling TV) has an absolutely abhorrent commercial that is played over and over again through the news on channel 7 (5 p.m. - 7 p.m.) I used to watch channel 7 news every night and now I can't due to this offensive commercial. I am sure they are paying a lot for the time slot but you are losing loyal fans.
