Smith's review: poor management and no change since my last complaint

My complaint does not involve a product. It has more to do with bad management as far as giving the asst. store directors their earned time off. There have been no changes since my last complaint. Was I not clear enough? The store director, Abdul in store #190, now has my husband, Donald, doing the grocery manager's job. Why?He didn't go into the MD1 program to do the same job he had previous. This store director needs to get his head out of his *** and let these people do the jobs that they were hired to do. This company doesn't have a clue about the goings on in this store nor do they care. Why should any of the employees!? It's no wonder there are so many more complaints than ever before. These stores have become toilets under the direct supervision of the directors. They terrorize their associates to the point they find it impossible to be productive in a positive manner. In my opinion, Abdul needs to go away and stay gone.
