On June 6, my husband, disabled daughter, son and I, travelled from Midway Chicago to Los Cabos, Mexico for our 25th Anniversary and vow renewal. When we arrived at Midway, the self-help passport machine malfunctioned. We were required go to the front desk to check in. The associate who waited on our party required the entire of 9 were required to reenter password information as a result my husband, son, disabled daughter and I reached the gate prior to the plane closing the door and the pilot refused to allow entry and we were required catch the next flight connecting in St. Louis, MO. Only one piece of our luggage arrived in Los Cabos, Mexico and no one was able to locate our luggage. My daughter's food and medical equipment and she was unable to eat. The luggage did not arrive at the hotel until 24 hours later and when it arrived, the luggage was destroyed wheels were missing and it was busted. In addition, the seatbelt to my daughter's wheelchair were missing. On June 13, 2026, another wheel was missing from my son's luggage when we attempted to report the damage the young lady, refused to take the report and stated that we damaged the luggage. She rudely advised my family that we damaged the luggage.
