SSM Health review: Bill

I keep getting Bills after I have given all insurance details to the Fond du lac hospital. I tried calling but with no help at all. If I give TWO different ways to pay why is Chicago still sending bills? I am keeping records for the VA they say this is harassment,and I should NEVER EVER get a bill, I am getting TWO bills. If a hospital can't even run the billing, We must wonder how the care is.
