These people call me all times of the day every day of the week and several times a day harassing me! They are beligerent and nasty and have been told repeatedly not to call my house and any further contact with me must be done through the United States Postal Service. They call me day and night and have been repeatedly asked not to call here. They are beyond rude and using collection harassment beyond normal reasoning.

I have to agree with Inatwinkle. After paying these people every month on a payment plan, they turn around 2 days after taking my money and say, "can you pay more?" They have called my bank to inquire about the money in my account, taken double the amount once w/o my authorization, lied and said they did not accept money orders, and 5 months into my payment told me that they have a "time limit and from here your account will be sent to another collection agency who will do more." What?! What part of, "If I had the money to pay you off, I would" do they not understand. I was not even informed that I could make my payments on their website. R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S. I'm paying them what I can, how I can, and on time. I guess the recession is causing the rats to really come out and try to force us to rob Peter, in order to pay Paul.
They ignore cease and desist letters and when confronted with prior conversations, lie and say, "that person is not me." This has to stop at once!

Consumer, please report your complaint to /link removed/ in conjunction with this complaint on the Complaint's Board.

Also, please report your complaint to the Office of the Attorney General California, Kamala D. Harris. A complaint can be submitted on line. The more consumers that complain, the more need to investigate complaints on this company. A complaint can be filed online.

The address to submit a complaint for the of the Office of the Attorney General is: PO Box 944255 Sacramento, CA [protected]. Once again, a complaint can be filed online also.

You may also want to consider sending a copy of your complaint to the FTC. A complaint can be filed online per this agency also.

The point is to stand up for yourself as a consumer, and assist other consumers in the process. Do not allow John G. Yaklin, President of State's Recovery Systems, Inc. to continue to misuse his agency for unethical or illegal practices.

State's Recovery Systems, per their website, has different agency locations per state. Continue filing your grievances with the agencies that I mentioned earlier, and make any needed adjustments per the state that you reside.
